Dedicated Training for Lawyers
I train legal departments in companies and law firms. I am a lawyer myself, and therefore I understand the needs and challenges of other legal professionals.
OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) is a method of obtaining information from legal and publicly available sources, though not always visible on the first page of Google and not necessarily known to ChatGPT. It requires knowledge of methods and tools that allow you to look deeper beneath the surface of the internet.
- Using "white intelligence" techniques facilitates gathering evidence and arguments for negotiations, disputes, compliance proceedings, or enhanced due diligence
- It will also facilitate employee or contractor verification, accelerate debt collection (skip tracing), and streamline court hearings
- You will learn how to use advanced functions of search engines (not just Google) and AI tools for in-depth research
- You will become familiar with official and unofficial, Polish and foreign registers
- You will learn how to monitor the internet, track trends, and competitors
